Delivery Details
All our prices include delivery (to UK mainland) and VAT.
We also offer an export service. Please contact us with details of the product required, the country and area code. We will quote a door to door price or tell you if we have a stockist in that country.
Delivery Procedure
After placing your order, we will contact you by email to confirm we have received and are processing your order.
You will be contacted approximately one week before delivery date to arrange a convenient delivery day.
Once a delivery day has been agreed your product will be delivered.
If you require any further information about our delivery procedures please contact us.
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, unfortunately we are unable to give specific times.
IMPORTANT: We offer a Saturday morning delivery (before 12am) for storage units only (including the Bicycle Store) for an additional cost of £35. You will need to select this service in the checkout process – we will then contact you to arrange a Saturday delivery. Note that Titan sheds or Garages cannot be delivered on a Saturday.
